At Break Career Pattern, we stand behind Interview Magnet completely. We have spent 7 years refining this system through personal mentorship with hundreds of professionals across India. We are confident it works — and we want you to feel completely safe making this investment.

This policy exists to be fair to buyers who genuinely try the material and do not see results — not to protect those who purchase without intention to implement.

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:

• You submitted your refund request within 30 days of your original purchase date.

• You can demonstrate that you implemented the core steps from the program — including making the recommended changes to your professional presence.

• You did not see any measurable increase in recruiter activity, inbound messages, or interview calls within the 30-day window after implementing the steps.

• You contacted us at the refund email address below with your proof of implementation before the 30-day window closed.

What Counts as Proof of Implementation

We keep this simple. We are not looking for perfection — we are looking for honest effort. Acceptable proof includes any of the following:

• A screenshot or description of the changes you made to your professional profiles based on the program guidelines.

• Confirmation that you went through the core modules and applied the keyword, structure, and positioning recommendations.

• A brief summary (even 2-3 sentences) describing what you did and what result you saw or did not see.

We do not require you to prove a negative. If you followed the steps in good faith and nothing happened, we will take your word supported by basic evidence of effort.

When a Refund Will Not Be Issued

A refund will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• The refund request is submitted after 30 days from the date of purchase.

• No evidence of implementation is provided — purchasing the product and not using it does not qualify for a refund.

• The request is based solely on a change of mind, dissatisfaction with the format, or a claim that the content was already known.

• The buyer has accessed, downloaded, or shared the material and makes a claim of non-delivery.

• The request is made after the buyer has received a job offer or recruiter interest as a result of using the program.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, send an email to the address below within 30 days of your purchase. Please include the following in your request:

• Your full name and the email address used at the time of purchase.

• Your order number or payment confirmation.

• A brief description of what steps you implemented from the program.

• What result you saw (or did not see) after implementing.

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refund Processing

All refunds are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) to the original payment method used at checkout. Break Career Pattern does not charge any processing fees for approved refunds. We are not responsible for any currency conversion fees or delays imposed by your bank or payment provider.

Nature of This Product

Interview Magnet is a digital product delivered electronically upon purchase. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and that delivery is considered complete upon access being granted. This is consistent with the provisions applicable to digital goods under Indian consumer protection guidelines.

We do not offer exchanges, transfers, or credits in lieu of refunds.

Disputes and Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising in connection with a refund request shall first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication with our support team. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India, state Haryana.

We are a small team and we genuinely want every buyer to get results. If something is not working for you, please reach out before submitting a refund request — in most cases we can help you get the outcome you were looking for.
